We are 100% satisfied with the service provided by Royal Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone and the two gentlemen who provided the service were very friendly, kind, and professional. Our kitchen faucet had a slow leak, which initially seemed like a simple enough job for a do-it-yourself-er, until I got under the sink and noticed all the under-cabinet piping/drainage was fully corroded and needed to be replaced. The housing of the kitchen faucet was so corroded from 20+ years of Lemont water; I couldn’t get it off the sink. We asked them to install the replacement faucet and disposal since they were on-site. We will be using Royal for any future jobs and will be referring others to them. Thank you, Royal Plumbing!

One of the things a home owner like me stresses over; is the next big breakdown of a home

system or major appliance. I showed Larry my home owners' binder with 25 years of my bills

and warranties including the year 2000 of the paperwork of the Richmond your company

installed via the American Home Shield warranty policy I had from when I moved into this

house. The Richmond lasted 23.9 years. How do you top that?

I mentioned, I am 62 years of age and Sharon and I are empty nesters. I'm not certain when

we're moving to our next chapter in life, but; while we are here, this new Bradford White is a

beauty! With the old water heater and old pipes and the city asking to come to our home and

put in a new water meter reader; timing was critical. So thank you for arranging it all to get it

done and for sending Larry to assess the work to complete the mission.

Larry did an incredible job disassembly the Richmond and installing the new BW, which

included navigating out the old rusted pipes and putting in new valves including ones needed to

accommodate the cities' new meter reader. You should be very proud of this young man; he

came in here like Alex did back in 2000 to bring in the then new Richmond. As Larry did

recently; Alex made things happen with our then still old pipes from that work project.

Having worked in major corporations most of my career, I learned it's a challenge to be the

entrepreneur, the manager, and the technician in many business arenas. To be all three is a tall

order. The empowerment of a work team is the critical key to great products and services. I can

see your company embraces empowerment as well as training, or the work completed would

not have happened so flawlessly. Congratulations on all the incredible methods you and your

company are doing to deliver superior products and services; you should be very proud.

I have been using Royal Plumbing for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Had a 40 gallon water heater put in and as usual it was a great experience! The installation looks great and functions perfectly. I did not catch my plumbers name but he was great. He was polite, efficient, and so neat I couldn't believe it. In fact when he was done the floor ws still dry. Thanks for the great job it's nice to see people who still take pride in their work!

"All too often we only hear about the complaints. I am very satisfied. My hot water heater unexpected blew early this morning. I took the day off work to find a unit. Sears uses your services. The office called to confirm an afternoon appointment. Steve and Tom were my plumbers. Steve and Tom arrived within the time promised, inspected the utility area and went to work.  They fabricated what needed to be done, moved the old unit out and installed the new unit, without damage and were very particular to keep the work area as clean as possible.
